Paper Submission

1.Prepare your papers
　Please prepare your paper in MS WORD or PDF format.
　Authors are invited to submit full papers, short papers in English.
　All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.
　All submissions should be original, professional and have not been published elsewhere.
　Plagiarism in any form is not allowed, the authors should be responsible for the papers seriously.

2.Format your papers

　Download the Submission Form: Submission Form
　Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages(exceed 5 pages) will incur additional charges.

3.Submit your papers
　Submission via email cfp@iece2018.org or iece2018@sina.com
　The email subject should be named “Submission/ Tel/ Your Name”.
　Paper Submission due: October 16, 2018
